Our Team
Bryan West (Director) started his insurance career in 2004 working for a large rural based insurer in Roma and Rockhampton. Having a Rural background allows Bryan to relate easily to people in the rural sector.
He then worked for another large commercial based insurer for several years servicing Central Queensland. In 2011 Bryan and his family moved to Capella QLD where he worked as a General Insurance Broker based in Emerald.
During his time working as an insurer and a broker, Bryan has furthered his knowledge in the Rural and Commercial industries whilst developing strong relationships with insurers and his clients.
Brett Kirkbride (Insurance Broker) has been working in the insurance industry for over 15 years and is confident in handling any insurance requirements you may need.
His entry into the rural world began as a merchandise & rural supply salesman, working for an established local agri-business. It was here he discovered his love for agriculture and all that it entails.
The experience gained in this role saw him confidently take up a position as a local Authorised Representative for a large insurer, predominantly insuring cattle/grain farms throughout Central Queensland.

During his time with this company, Brett was exposed to all lines of General Insurance which improved his knowledge and expertise within the industry with a heavy focus on Rural, Business & Heavy Motor insurance policies.

In 2011, he took on a Senior Account Manager role for a large agri-business and looked after numerous clients throughout Central Queensland.
He is confident he can help with any insurance related matters and will always go the extra mile to assist.

Courtney Davies (Insurance Broker Assistant)
started her insurance career in 2008 doing a school based traineeship working for an insurance company in Longreach, completing a Cert III in Business Admin. She then moved to Rockhampton and continued working in insurance for a local Insurance Broker which is where she furthered her insurance knowledge.

After working there for 7 years and having children the opportunity came from Bryan and Alana to work for West Insurance Brokers from her home. This meant Courtney was able to care for her children at home while still being engaged in the insurance industry and work force.
Working for West Insurance Brokers Courtney mostly deal with behind the scenes processing and enjoys assisting her fellow co workers in daily tasks and making their jobs a little easier.
